What is wrong with Resident Obama? He goes to Europe and makes some of the most incredibly out of touch statements. He has appeared at press conferences with one eye half open and one eye shut.
When I Google "President Obama One Eye Open One Eye Shut" I get only 3 hits, some from the religious prophesy perspective. Evidently, Google has cleansed this query to be more favorable to the President.

No, and I’m willing to bet it was in response to your question, of What is wrong with Obama? Not really meant to be an answer with regards to his eyes though. Rather an overall assessment of what is wrong with Obama.
