The jury in the Minnesota terrorism trial has been seated. Court went two hours later than expected Tuesday night, with U.S. District Court Judge Michael Davis saying, "As you can tell, I'm trying to get a jury tonight."
The jury consists of eight men and eight women. There are no minorities in the group.
Opening statements are expected to begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

I guess women are “minorities” only when it fits the script; they are 60% of our college classes because they are “preferred minorities” in terms of lowered expectations...
