Today’s announcement declares that the Obama Administration is dead in the water, a total failure to lead, an eight year cypher of sorts and an otherwise ZERO.
The Trump campaign continues to bury Obama’s administration one day at a time. By election day the stark difference in leadership ought to be enough to amass more than a gazillion votes against Obama III that would be Hillary and Bill’s efforts.
The announcement was that the Justice Dept is suing the state of NC. That’s not exactly a “law enforcement action” as initially reported.
At least for now there won’t be federal marshalls or TSA agents deployed in NC to enforce bathroom law.
So, are they saying that they’re gonna send in Federal law enforcement to ensure that weirdos and perverts can share the ladies’ room in public buildings with NC’s mothers, daughters, wives and girlfriends?
Is that what Loretta Lynch is really saying? I don’t think this is the same thing as trying to integrate Central High in Little Rock.

That is not a report. It was the Justice Department’s own description - “law enforcement action”.

Next time I go into town if I have to use the bathroom I’ll find a tree and relieve myself. I could care less who sees me, but will not relieve myself in front of children. If no children are around I might even find a good looking female, go up to her and start humping her leg. And since I’m a dog I can hump just about anything. If anyone looks at me strange for peeing on a tree in broad daylight or security is called, I’ll say I’m a St. Bernard and they can’t touch me. I’ll win in court. There’s a real simple solution to this. Businesses need to stop labeling their restrooms as “men’s” and “women’s”. The problem is that these terms, while clear for, well, all of human freaking history have now been redefined to include things like “feelings” and “identification”.
The solution?
Simple. Start labeling the restrooms as “penis” or “no penis”. This takes the discussion out of the realm of feelings and identification. It asks a factual yes or no question, “do you have a penis”? You can go to court and argue forever over what constitutes a man or a woman. But there is no ambiguity or legal loopholes to “do you have a penis”?
Sadly, it’s crass and we’ll have to have some discussions with kids that we wouldn’t have before...but if it stops some guy in a dress from walking in the restroom or locker room with our wives and daughters, I say, let’s do it.
I prefer “hangers” and “spittails”.
Obama and co. are all about destroying a fully functional society centered around individual rights.
