Our seniors on SS are among the poorest of the poor (after helping to make America the great country it is- or was.) No cost of living raise in sight. Donald is on record stating he will NOT cut senior's benefits- as others have proposed.

It bothers me that an un-elected group like Judicial Watch can depose anyone legally to get information.
Think of it this way if you are involved in a criminal investigation , do you think nosy outsiders should be allowed to interrogate you about the alleged crime.
That should be up to the Government investigators.

I think the Dim party leaders will see Hillary is in for a huge defeat and encourage/insist she step aside for ‘health’ reasons.

Her troubles are utterly irrelevant unless she is indicted. Even then perhaps still irrelevant. Unless, that is, Hussein has a different candidate in mind for November.
That may prove to be a gold mine for the FBI. Keep in mind they got all of the emails. Judicial Watch did not. The FOIA from Judicial Watch means her aides and possibly Hillary later will be required to answer questions. Since it’s a civil trial, refusing to answer is contempt of court. That means the FBI gets to have their cake and eat it too. One way or another the FBI will get the questions and answers.
Since the FBI case is criminal, the targets can plead the fifth. Unfortunately the FBI will already know the answers anyway and whether the targets lied when they testified for Judicial Watch.
We’re seeing something momentous. The FBI has been presented with a rare opportunity.

Of course, and any improper interception or use of classified material or the destruction of that material would be viewed as violations of the security requirements. Realizing personal gain via the sale of classified material would add a nice touch to what already appears as breaches of national security.
A distinct and separate issue, IMO, is what she did for personal gain with classified material that may have been properly obtained during the normal course of her duties – together with promises or commitments made to special interest groups or foreign officials in return for unreported cash deposits made around the globe. We should expect the assets of the Clinton Foundation as they appear on the public record are only the tip of the iceberg in that regard.
That she could now use some portion of those assets, a) to obtain a pardon for any and all crimes that may have been committed and, b) to outspend Trump in her quest for the Oval Office is more than disgusting
If fully revealed, her well-hidden age and health issues alone would disqualify her to run from the office.
I am having a senior moment.
