And, as a practical matter, a group of similar dolts, launching a "Third Party"--which would probably not run third in November, but fourth or fifth--would likely draw more from Hillary Clinton (Mrs. William J.) than from Trump. (Not that the 50 to 100K will have much net effect.)

Nothing would make me happier than to see Kristol and team leave the Republican Party for good (if only he could take John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and the Bushes with him). However, there’s no need for the neoconservatives to start a third party. Hillary is on the same page as Kristol about 99% of the time and would welcome his support in her campaign.

Getting on the Texas ballot is over next week. I believe it will be too late in most states by the time the GOP convention is over. Their third-party guy will have to be VERY high profile already as there’s no time for introducing someone who is not a household name. I suspect this is really an attempt to scam gullible donors.
