I want EVERY SINGLE PERSON who despises Donald Trump and won’t vote for him to say that they are perfectly fine with Hillary Clinton’s gun ban..Trump is no saint, but I voted for McCain and didnt like him, I voted for Romney and didn’t like him, I look at the BIG PICTURE, I want to live in a country where the 2nd Amendment still stands..anyone that can vote for Hillary Clinton supports their guns being confiscated

They can all vote for Virgil Goode or Gary Johnson and tell us how good it felt.

“Crime increased something like 50%. a politicians wet dream.”

It went up at first, then went down. The net effect seems to have not been measurable.

Even crime with guns continued on the same downward slope that existed before the ban.

It was and expensive nothingburger - except - it put into place extremely restrictive rules for buying, owning, and using firarms.

It was intended to make firearms ownership so burdensome that the budding Australian gun culture would die out.

That has not happened. There are more guns and gun owners in Australia now than before the “buy back” occurred.

America never had a “Civil” war. The closest thing to a “Civil” war was the war for independence.

Disclaimer: I understand what you meant but wanted to lay the grounds we MAY actually need a “Civil” war should the tide turn against people who still hold the constitution at its word.

Re “Civil War”. Yeah, you’re right. I think the one usually referred to as The Civil War is more accurately a failed war of independence. I say that from the standpoint that it was never the Confederate’s intention to rule all of the states but to simply break away and form a new nation.

In regards to other wars, e.g., the Spanish Civil War, the Russian Revolution, and the Iranian Revolution, etc., what would you say is the difference between a revolutionary war and a civil war?

>She would be in conflict with our Bill of Rights, the 2nd Amendment.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ do these people not understand? Would it not take a Constitutional Convention to remove the 2nd Amendment?

Sure, remove it. But that doesn’t remove the inalienable Right of self defense and all that it entails. Just as it’s later noted: Just because it’s not written doesn’t mean the People don’t have it!

Course, even the GOP refuses to bring up, let alone adhere to the Constitution to begin...

Death first. They don’t have enough goons to make that happen.

Moronic nonsense.

The fact that it occurred in New Hampshire is unfortunate.
