Sadiq Khan was accused of being unfit to become London's next mayor after footage emerged of him describing moderate Muslims of being "Uncle Toms".

This seems to imply that Khan is not a moderate Muslim, but a radical Muslim. Now, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, so if I'm wrong here someone help me out.

I wonder what instructions a Mayor Khan would give to London's anti-terrorist police squad. In the US, a mayor has a lot of control over his city's police force. Is that also true in London?
