There are two reasons he’s even still in this:
1) To deny Trump Ohio’s 66 delegates.
2) To try to angle his way into being somebody (i.e. Trump’s) Veep.
Probably won’t work, but 66 delegates do provide some leverage.
Ooooh, that’s the ticket! Be an also-ran candidate and boost your candidacy by selecting a VP.
Or, does Kasich feel dissed by Cruz trying the VP gambit just two days after the Cruz-Kasich alliance was announced? Is he trying to show this is just the new standard operating procedure?

I think he was also supposed to take delegates from Trump in the northeast, but that didn’t work out. He even lost the county in PA that he was born in.
This will be the final nail in Trump’s coffin, the long-predicted end to Trump’s flash-in-a-pan campaign. After Cruz seized Carly’s delegate and her many supporters, Kasich in now likely to consolidate the pro-Amnesty, anti-gun far-left liberal wing of the republican party, leaving no room for a Trump toe-hold among potential supporters.

I’m actually vetting VP candidates myself. You know, just in case. You really can’t be too careful. I have it down to Phil Robertson and Charlie Daniels. I’m trying to vet them, but having trouble getting them to call me back.
