I don’t think those were the charges. He structured his withdrawls under $10k to get around federal reporting requirements and then conspired to conceal the “crime”.
It was HIS money. These charges and punishment are NON-American and WRONG.
I understand why and what he was convicted of doing. I just think the bastard deserved all the court could bring.
