Actually, no they cannot attest to anything, because they are a primitive culture lacking any kind of science or semi-advanced technology.

Any knowledge they possess about "climate change" was derived from the white man who defeated them. And in this case it's all a lie.

They should stick to making blankets and huffing paint.
