Well you are right they would not be identified. If a guy is dressed like a woman with makeup and hairdo and goes in the stall and closes the door nobody is going to know anything. This stuff has been around for 40 years that I know of and it has not caused a huge problem that needs a bunch of laws passed. That is all Trump is saying and I agree. I can’t remember the last time I saw anybody in a ladies room that didn’t look like they belonged there.
If the Cruz campaign runs this ad in any state remaining on the menu, except maybe IN, he'll suffer greatly for it.
I don't even think it will play well in MT, much less in CA, OR, WA or any of the remaining eastern states.

In any case men and women ARE NOT THE SAME. And yes, you are completely correct about the men who claim to be women who look like the pics you have been posting (the last ones never show up for me.) They come and go, with no one the wiser.
What about the ones that look like Bruce Jenner, who still digs chicks, or worse? Why should the women who are uncomfortable with men who claim to be women have to put up with it? Why should there be laws stopping business from making a business decision to make their women customers feel more comfortable? Hey if Trump wants to let Jenner use any bathroom he wants in his building, fine. The girls that care can go somewhere else.

Why do FR Cruzers come onto Free Republic, and why do they advocate for the end of sovereignty for the USA? Why do they support crippling and destroying U.S. exports, while sending hundreds of billions of dollars a year to China and Mexico et al, not to mention jobs by the hundreds of thousands?
Why do they want total amnesty, why do they wish to resettle muslims by the hundreds of thousands into the US heartland? Why would the wish to DISSOLVE U.S. borders? Why would they support the North American Union, TPP and TPA? Why would they support a wide open border on our southern flank?
Why would they line up with the GLOBALISTS and the elite and the Washington Oligarchy? Why would the support millions more immigrants taking our jobs, while the remainder of jobs are being offshored?
And why would they DO that on FREE REPUBLIC? It's scary. They are co-opting Free Republic in their effort to dismantle the USA as we know it and make it a third world country. Jim Robinson, a very good hearted man, something I know from personal experience and from reading his words here for 18 years, is being targeted by Globalists and Elites, using their useful idiots, and in a cause that has been defeated (Cruzism) and in a decisive and humiliating fashion.
Are they planning to TAKE OVER FR permanently and make it a GLOBALIST blog? JR may need to seriously consider purging these vermin, because I believe, now that Cruz has been soundly beaten like the Canadian dog he is, they plan on STAYING and making FR a GLOBALIST MOUTHPIECE.
I look at it like this.
If trump wants to let Bruce Gender use whichever bathroom he prefers in Trump Towers, fine. But in truth it’s the women in that bathroom that will have the final say on it. They will either let him in or run him out.
If North Carolina wants to pass a law restricting their bathrooms to born gender, fine, it is their state, their law makers are elected, they can run things how they see fit.
If another state wants to open up bathrooms to identified gender, fine, same deal, elected law makers can run things how they see fit.
But again, it’s the people in the bathrooms that are going to have the final say.
If someone walks in and starts creeping people out, then they are going to have to deal with that response right then.
Laws aren’t going to change the way people behave naturally one way or the other.
Some people in one restroom might be fine with person A coming in, some people in another restroom may well object to person B coming in.
And I don’t see that changing.

I’ve already asked; what about real women who have “man hands” and look like Jenner - are other women supposed to call 911 whenever they see a woman like that in a woman’s bathroom??
And I can see that if this woman walks into the men’s room with the intent of using it, I am going to have to let her, otherwise I’m probably going to get hurt real bad :O
