By allowing transgender males to use women’s restrooms and locker rooms, you have denied a woman’s right to privacy. But no one is talking about that. I would expect women nationwide to be up in arms over their loss of a fundamental right.
The issue was forever allowing the pervert mafia to continually define deviance down so a dude with obvious male equipment couldn't claim the right to waltz into a public woman's loo or dressing room and threaten (or worse) your wife, daughter or granddaughter.
Office restrooms are generally non-gender and only one at a time uses them.

Sure, but should there be laws to stop businesses from listening to their women customers who have concerns about men claiming to be women who might still dig women using the same bathroom? Men and women are different in their sexual appetites. That’s why lesbians and men who claim to be women that like women aren’t the same. Lesbians aren’t the ones who come up with wide stances and glory holes, or patrol public parks at 3 in the morning for free anonymous guaranteed sex. Hetero men would be out there too, but women aren’t into rolling in the bushes with strangers for free.

Of course, no one wants creepy old men using the bathroom with little girls.
However, under North Carolina law, these transgendered "men" would be REQUIRED to use the ladies room.
I don't see how this is a better solution.

To those that gender-identify other than in accordance with reality:
If you truly present yourself in your selected gender, no one would know for certain whether you were or were not that gender, when it comes to using a multi-stall bathroom. Quietly walking in, doing your business privately, cleaning up, and walking out does not garner you any notice. Your demanding legal recognition of this is simply grandstanding, and is a lead-in to a more egregious problem: locker room access.
Demanding to have the same rights in locker and changing rooms, where people’s entire body is often in view, is viciously wrong. You claim that you are “uncomfortable” using the sex-appropriate venues, so you demand that your comfort be accommodated. But, in doing so, you specifically demand that the legal protections for the comfort of any man, woman, or child who is uncomfortable being seen naked by the opposite sex, or seeing the opposite sex naked, be explicitly denied.
You demand to be made comfortable by explicitly requiring others’ comfortableness to be denied.
That is the most idiotic and fascistic bull crap I have seen in a very, very long time.
