I know, but its not in some of the states. Need to make sure that Trump supporters are at the district conventions to Support national Trump delegates. Also at the state conventions.

I'm assuming you are a Republican but even Democrats have some kind of rules, though they are usually sliding rules to fit the conditions.
Rather than screaming the "game is rigged," the election is "fixed," or whatever else your leader chants, learn a little bit of your own party's rules (I'm again, relying on the fact that you are a party member - of any party. Usually the people who are most upset when someone they like loses. They prefer to think that all politics are dirty so fail to even register to vote but scream the loudest when they don't get their way.
Every national primary election, each state elects Precinct Committeemen and women (yes even in your neighborhood;) those people run to be your party supporters in your area. If you are not registered, are registered as an independent (in which case, you have no one to support you in either party unless you declare a party in the primary election) or never bother to vote in a primary because you either don't care, don't want to "get involved" or are too busy to vote and only bother for General Elections, where you can split your ticket, then you forego voting for a person of your choice to represent you in your party.
It is important to pay attention to these Precinct Committeemen and women (you might even run for that post yourself next time if you don't think you've been represented) for it is these people who meet and elect your party delegates so you see, you're way too late to have a say so in whom your delegates are, though anyone can register to be a delegate, and not being a precinct committeeman or woman is necessary.
You merely self nominate when the time comes and for most states, that time came and went.
None of this is corrupt, dirty or wrong and each party and state sets their own rules about when the process takes place.
Most importantly, EVERYONE REGISTERED TO VOTE GETS TO VOTE for their Precinct Committeeman and woman and it is those people who vote for the delegates!
