About all that would accomplish is to make South Korea or Japan their new boogeyman.
As you probably know, between the chaos of postwar Japan and the Korean War, thousands of Koreans smuggled themselves into Japan to claim the saintly victimhood mantle of wartime conscript workers (and blend in with those who really were).
There is still a substantial pro-North faction with their own organized crime families and such who parade out the wartime Japan boogeyman to claim compensation even if their link may be no more than blood relations to these fake refugees.

I say we withdraw forces from every nation that does not pay us to be there. As it is now we spend billions and billions annually protecting most of the planet on our own dime. So let’s just pull out and save the money.

Trump suggested the U.S. military should withdraw from key allies South Korea and Japan, and both countries could instead arm themselves with nuclear weapons. Trump's right - it's time for these countries to pick up their own adult responsibilities. They can defend themselves on their own dime from here on out.

Ted Cruz and Fatso agree.
They also have the same idea of “Party Rules”.
