Tim Tebow is a natural for politics. There is an open House appropriator seat coming available in Florida after Rep. Ander Crenshaw announced his upcoming retirement, and Tebow just so happens to live in the district.
Its a perfect fit, especially considering Tebow recently admitted a career in politics would be intriguing in an interview with Fox News.

Tim Tebow would be a lot better than some of the people we have now.
Steve Largent was a successful Congressman.

Agreed, Everywhere you go around here people have good things to say about him. Met a teacher of his at Nease high school when my daughter had a track meet and she said he was really a level headed kid, good student, and not the typical football player with his morals what we see today at the high schools around here.

This would be a good thing if Tebow were elected, and as a republican. If he runs, Tim needs to have a tough skin. I suspect he’s already used to criticism, back from when he invented the now famous ‘Tebow’ kneeling position.
To: detective
I would assume he’d have to survive a primary first.

Tim Teebow, homeschooled, unapologetic Christian conservative.
I hope he runs.

Where in Florida is this district?
I always thought Tim Tebow was a stand-up guy. It would be refreshing to have someone who is honest in Congress.
To: detective
I'd love to see him kneeling in the House.
It would be a hate crime, fer shur.

Where in Florida is this district? Jacksonville area.

To: detective; All
Congressman Tim Tebow (R) has a nice ring to it.
I'll go out on a limb and say that I would be surprised if he didn't win
with over 50 percent of the vote in that district.
Jacksonville is a very conservative, Christian area, Duval County is
by land area, the largest municipality in America.
