A lot of good people have been fired for "political correctness" over the years because it's the easy way out. A good friend of mine was fired from his company because he made the mistake of bantering with the receptionist at a client and the office manager overheard part of the conversation and filed a complaint. In an effort to please the client as opposed to getting any of the facts and doing a proper investigation, the guy was summarily fired for "inappropriate behavior", which of course made it difficult for him to find another job. Like Corey, he is a solid citizen, a family guy with responsibilities.

To be accurate, Cruz did not side with the Bolshevik mob - he did criticize them - but he included a crucial 'but' in his statement. I.e., 'But, Trump was partially to blame for inciting this violence'.
Baloney. I understand politics is a dirty business, and I expect mud to get flung around during an election year -- but in a case like this, where you clearly have Communists that are trying to incite a riot and continue to steal a Country - you do not every provide them a fig leaf covering of an excuse. 'Trump was partially to blame'. When Cruz pulled that - he lost me. We have a Country at stake, and everyone should have stood up against the people who intended to incite a riot - without any qualifying disclaimers.
