Didn’t actually see the version of this story being told on here today so don’t know the context but ...

A night or two before she told this story to Megyn Kelly as an illustration of how easy Ted is to live with. He couldn’t cook and she can’t either so rather than turn it into a bone of contention he bought the soup so there would be something to eat when they got home.*

She said more than once that he was easy to live with and was more than willing to eat a can of soup when he was hungry.

*sounds like a problem solver to me.

Heidi must not have heard this one.

“If kissin’ don’t work, cookin’ do”.

Chunky soup won’t keep ole Ted from wining and dining the hookers.

We aren’t the ones going on national tee vee talking about 100 cans of soup.

So cut the insults and ask why the Cruzes were talking this instead of issues.

So what, Cruz likes to soak naked in chunky soup.

Yeah, I’ll take Melania and I could care less if she could heat me a bowl of soup.

Call me a cynic but it sounds as if they’re wanting to get out in front of any odd-sounding stories that might be popping up. There was the feather boa thing a few days ago and now 100 cans of soup.

It is said that men on average like to shop less and so tend more often to buy in bulk for efficiency and to minimize having to repeat the task.
