Suspended equals ‘dropped out’?
I think the following argument could be made. If Ohio refuses to release Kasich's delegates and if they cannot vote for Kasich because he's not in nomination, then they are disqualified. If they are disqualified, then the 1,237 majority number is reduced because it is based on the number of delegates, and Ohio has no delegates. Therefore, if Trump is close, then it is possible that he meets the new threshold if Ohio is taken out of the equation.
The same would be true with the idea that was floated a month ago about disqualifying the delegates from states that did not hold closed party primaries. If you disqualify the states, then you reduce the threshold from 1,237 to something less.

What arguments did the Founders make against political parties?
Me too. In the beginning I was so in awe that I didn't dare call him because I felt so inadequate. Now I wouldn't think of calling him because he would say with much greater force "Get off the phone you big dope" Hey Mark, who's the big dope now?
We get radio clowns that say #nevertrump
I reluctantly tuned into 770 AM NY today. While hoping for a reprieve, I was totally prepared for the wailing screed that’s practically rendered the car radio useless.
Anyway, I was surprised to hear politically sober commentary shortly after 7 PM EST. Only had 10 listening minutes available, but thankfully, Levin was totally deconstructing Hillary’s recent attacks against Trump — opposed to deconstructing Trump and his supporters.
Trump and/or Cruz 2016 — preferably AND.
