Rush Limbaugh: “It’s not cheating, it’s winning.” Rush is sorely testing his lifer listeners and I am one. He is now saying Trump and his supporters are just too stupid to rule if they can't game the system better than the other guy.
The Constitution says Consent of the Governed not the consent of the governing.
