Nope. Russia and China don’t give a damn about US demands concerning Americans who take up Russian or Chinese citizenship without doing all of the US-required paperwork.
The USA (and especially the IRS) can be pretty arrogant about this kind of thing and we’d never tolerate it if some other country treated us the same way we treat them.
The only thing you can guarantee is your head exploding when Ted Cruz takes it on the second or third ballot.

FACT : Everyone knew how the delegate selection was going to go down in Colorado. The rules have been in place for ages. Ted Cruz worked hard and did his homework. Sleazy tRump was too busy chasing other people's wives to bother to read the rules and prepare. Subsequently he got clobbered and now he wants to go crying to mama.
There has to be a vote count for Cruz, Kasich and Trump somewhere - every other state counted votes.
This should be simple.

You miss the point entirely, Canada would not have made him a citizen if he was an American citizen.
My question is a joke because people didn’t get to vote in Colorado. That’s why no one can answer it.
Trump knew what the rules were last year. Trump is using the bomb the Colorado GOP gave him to blow the corruption there sky high. I think Trump planned it that way. He knew the GOP elitist rules in Colorado. A good warrior chooses the battle - and when it’s not winnable you do an end run. That is what Trump is doing and it’s working perfectly. Look what’s happening on twitter, on facebook, here, on Drudge, and in the pressers.
It’s working, don’t kid yourself. Be objective and observe. The firestorm over Colorado is just starting. Trump reaches 7 million on twitter and another 7 on facebook. With retweets and shares he can reach 10 million in minutes. And that is exactly what he’s been doing. For the traditionalists Trumps doing pressers. Drudge has had two front page articles on the corruption.
You cannot pull a Colorado and get by with it in the information age. You are livin’ in the past if you think you can.
Colorado was a bed built for Jeb, Cruz just happened to fall into it - wildly fornicating and fluffling every establishment elitist he can get close to. The exact same thing happened on Wisconsin. The “only principled candidate in the race” has left the race never to return, “A Time For Truth” has defaulted to “A Time For Status Quo Gutter Politics”.

False. Canada also does not allow other countries to determine their citizenship laws. So under Canadian law, he was a citizen because he was born in Canada; under US law, he was a citizen because his mother was a citizen. The two are not mutually exclusive.
If his mother was indeed an American citizen at the time of his birth they would have inquired as to which country they were going to have citizenship bestowed upon him. His mother would have also had to file a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. So where is that form? Why has Ted never produced this form and settle this issue once for all? Because it doesn’t exist, which is why he sealed his records.
