I think you’re right. Someone was on F&F earlier and said that they thought that Trump would do well in April and needed to pick up about 189 delegates and would need 127 in May.
Seriously?
Too much? ;-)
Thanks for the heads up. Not very attractive, is it?
Made an omelette the other day in a small freezer bag. Threw all the stuff in there then boiled the p*ss out of it for about 6 minutes, and it was actually kind of good, but looks like others have done it. Then I realized that there are a ton of carcinogens in those plastic bags...
DJT at racist? Mynogimist? Inaccurate and grossly untrue descriptions.
The third offering I am sharing from Trumps 1987 The Art of the Deal involves the Trump tower. It is now 1980 and for several years he has been putting in place a LOT of factors to make it work including the complicated land acquisitions(this process alone is an amazing read). From PB pg 172-173.
In October 1980, Chase Manhattan agreed to provide financing for the construction of Trump Tower. I made a deal with HRH Construction to be my general contractor. The budget for the whole job - acquisition of land, construction, carrying charges, advertising and promotion - was slightly more than $200 million. The person I hired to be my personal representative overseeing the construction, Barbara Res, was the first woman ever put in charge of a skyscraper in New York. She was thirty-three at the time, shes work for HRH, and I'd met her on the Commodore job, where shed worked as a mechanical superintendent. Id watched her in construction meetings, and what I liked was that she took no guff from anyone. She was half the size of most of these bruising guys, but she wasnt afraid to tell them off when she had to, and she knew how to get things done.
its funny. My own mother was housewife all of her life. And yet its turned out that Ive hired a lot of women for top jobs, and theyve been among my best people. Often, in fact, they are far more effective than the men around them

DJT hires the right person for the job. Race, ethnicity, sex is not the eliminator.
I did some follow up reading on Barbara Res.. It seems she now isn't a big cheerleader for our guy and is a bit upset.. reading between the lines. she is upset she is not longer in his inner circle.. No longer a prime employee. Maybe felt used and discarded? some sour grapes in many of the articles I went through in prep for this posting. I am quite sure she was well paid for what she did at the time however.
Here is one article that can give you an example
I got a chuckle out of her comment that he decorated is office with beautiful women.
I personally dont think that is a negative. I am sure they were (and are) competent and not bimbos. When I had my own small real estate business, I did my best to have attractive, personable and competent people that would be meeting the public and dealing with me and each other. I paid them well and could attract what I was looking for. Why would someone of DJTs caliber not do the same.
Thank you for this. I love his book, and I use the ideas all the time.
For example, what is the most powerful word in negotiations?
Carcinogens in plastic bags? Must find an alternative.
Many times if I have a large breakfast I will skip lunch and have an earlier dinner.
If you like omelets, get one of these omelet pans (doesn’t have to be the more expensive one)

GIMME!!!
I like.
Those are nice. Thanks.
Help yourself. :-)
I’ve tried them over the years, but keep coming back to the old fashion way. There are several videos out there. Lately, I like this one. Making an omelette is more of 5K run than a sprint. You have to relax when you make it.

They make omelet making really easy. I’ve had one for years - but don’t use it often. It’s just another kitchen thing that’s nice to have.
Oh yum! Perfect for the rally - I don’t have the ingredients so please send me one :-)
Not sure what the point is with those, other than not standing over it while it’s cooking? Seems to me cooking an omelette the regular way takes 6 minutes or less!
