Talking with some friends recently and there is a consensus that this may be the last year of the two-party system as we know it.

Political parties are handy for people who don’t understand the issues. You just vote for your team and go about your business. But in the information age, there are fewer and fewer people who don’t understand the issues. Americans know they’re being screwed.
