Militants burn their tanks and want to return to Russia

Discipline is collapsing.

Despite numerous inspections by command, there remains low level of military discipline and moral-psychological state of Russian troops of the 9th Separate Assault Mechanized Regiment Marines (Novoazovsk). This was reported by the Intelligence Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Thus, according to the Office, April 1, in a state of extreme intoxication wandered onto their own minefield and blew a mine, with two soldiers from the 9th Motorized Battalion, one of whom died.

"March 31, military tank company fulfilled its promise and set fire to two tanks at the site near the n.p.Torez, one T-72 burned, while the other managed to be extinguished. Dissatisfaction with tank regiment command caused by the refusal to return them to Russia, and persistent problems with benefit allowance and lack of pay", - as reported in the intelligence report.

It was confirmed about regular losses in the ranks of soldiers. This was reported by the Intelligence Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

So, on April 2 near the Stakhanov region as the result of blowing up truck over own minefield, which was carrying ammunition and personnel, killing seven Russian soldiers of 6th separate mechanized regiment, including - two female snipers.

In addition, on March 31 in the ER in Donetsk Regional Hospital were brought 5 dead and 3 wounded Russian soldiers from the intelligence unit 1st separate motorized rifle brigade (Komsomolske).

March 29 at exit as part of sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the region of Zaitsev were killed two Russian soldiers.

"One of the victims is a citizen of Russia Alexander Sukharev, born in 1987, the city of Ufa", - the intelligence reports.

Recall the last day illegal armed groups carried by military against posts of Ukrainian soldiers were 25 attacks, while 7 times using weapons banned by the Minsk Agreement.

You would think that even a second rate military would be able to steam role these guys...

Still a Russian regiment cannot be stationed in Novoazovsk - this town is in the Ukraine, now controlled by the DNR. So it could be a DNR regiment, not a Russian one.
