The first amendment’s protections for freedom of assembly include for the purpose of commerce. As such, all transactions between private business and private individuals should be AGREEABLE to both parties. No party should be forced into a transaction that is disagreeable to either party.

Denying that freedom to an individual or business should require strict scrutiny standard of judicial review.

It is the freedom TO discriminate, which one does multiple times throughout the day: Which way to work, where to eat, where to shop, movie to watch....all personal discriminations.

Unfort. there is no real opposition to the co-opting of the English language by the Left, nor do (most) know how to articulate/debate intelligently (to convey).

Course, I am presuming we have more than ONE major party; which we all know is patently false. /semi-s
