Teachable moment for you here. Your comment is an example of the "conditioning" that Rush speaks of. It is battered conservative syndrome, the act of becoming so used to abuse that one can no longer relate to fighting back.
Every single case with Trump has been return-fire, or striking back. That's what a man will do. And striking back to defend females is especially what a man will do. But you don't even know that is what Trump has been doing. You missed the facts.
The first case was Megyn accusing him of attacking women. But what you don't know is that so-called woman was Rosie O'Donnell who was, like the beastly bull dyke she is, attacking the straight women in his Miss America thing. She was doing this with regularity on the View and the Internet and Trump finally cut her down to size. He defended his ladies like classy man would do. But you never got that memo or were not paying attention. You only took note of the "attack on women" as said by Megyn Motormouth.
Trump's retweet was also a response to the attack by Cruz's Super PAC and Lizbo Mair. But you knew that. The funny thing is that his retweet response showed pictures of each wife, and the viewer was left to fill in the blanks. Naturally, you Cruzers filled in the blanks by stating that Heidi was less pretty than Trump's wife and that made it a a "personal attack", so y'all are really the ones who must think she is repulsive looking!
Trump has class, so much class that you cannot even recognize it. It takes class to defend women in this day and age when it is portrayed negatively by SJW feminazis and metrosexual girley men. Defending fat and ugly women takes no courage, just the pretty skinny republican ones.
So ... what attack by Trump can you cite that was not a direct response to an initial attack against him? ~crickets~

When people like her show up at a Trump rally it’s to start a fight. They want to fight. Security needs to be all over the place and as soon as the skank started screaming she should have been “detained” and removed from the area.

The media conveniently omits facts like this, and they do it systematically and routinely.

Just like few days ago when the black man beat the guy down at the Trump rally. The news media fails to mention that the pair of protesters were wearing a KKK hoods and screaming inflammatory speech and profanities.
The media deliberately tilts things like this over and over in order to achieve maximum demonization of both Donald Trump and his supporters.
It's shameful, morally bankrupt, and deliberately intended to undermine democratic process.
