"The city’s numbers aren’t jiving with what the FEMA instructors are telling them we need for this, and they’re the guys that go and train for this," CPPA President Steve Loomis said. “It’s absolutely the city’s responsibility to make us as safe as possible.”
But privately, those close to the security organizing are not worried. In fact, they’re confident security plans are coming together and staffing shouldn’t be an issue.

Cleveland isn’t far from me. I think I will have to take that week off and visit the convention. I suspect there will be numerous photo opportunities.

It’s insane that the RNC and GOPe would want their convention in a city that is wall to wall Democrat. They deserve what they get...I believe we will see chaos both inside and outside the convention.
Let’s not forget that several democrats were arrested in a plot to BOMB the convention center when Sarah Palin was speaking. The plan was to detonate a bomb in the tunnel carrying the power cables shutting off the power. Several Democrat terrorists were arrested.
Just call in the boys from the Forest Service in Oregon, they are handy with dissenters.

When they get the order to stand down to give the thugs ‘room to vent’ (a la Baltimore’s Stephanie Blake), does it really matter how well they’re staffed?
