It always goes where the primary goes. The backup plane is not the smaller plane the first lady uses when traveling in the US ( referred to as Executive One Foxtrot). So, bringing the smaller plane isn't common.

The, or this resident in the WH needs to be on a Congressional pre approved budget. Obozo has done nothing of any positive substance for this country but he sure plays a lot of golf and takes his family on globe trotting vacations constantly.
