TUCSON, Ariz. -- Jared Lee Loughner, the man who carried out the mass shooting in Tucson in 2011, is suing former U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords for emotional and psychological distress, CBS affiliate KOLD reported.
Loughner is serving seven consecutive life sentences, plus 140 years, for the Jan. 8, 2011 shooting that killed six people and wounded 13, including Giffords.
His lawsuit, which seeks $25 million in damages, was filed in the U.S. District Court of Arizona on Friday, March 18.

The rambling complaint alleges "Gabby Giffords never got shot, it was all an act, Giffords watches Ronald Reagan movies and pretened (sic) she was hit." Loughner refers to "the Illuminati," which he claims Giffords is a member of, and says he is being subjected to "microwave testing" and waterboarding "on defendant's direct order

Well one thing’s for sure, there’s no way in hell Gabby Giffords was shot in the head close range with a 9mm bullet, and it doesn’t take a ballistics expert or a physician to confirm that point.
I’d like her to have to spend thousands defending against this ridiculous lawsuit so she can see what other people have to go through because tort lawyers are the dems biggest financial supporters.

Okay, she was shot by a criminal lunatic and for that I truly felt sorry for her. But then what does she do? She goes on a rampage and decides that it would be a good thing to deprive noncriminal Americans, who have done absolutely nothing wrong, never will, and are a threat to no one, of a constitutional right. She’s just about as irrational as lunatic Loughner himself, like most libs.

This could certainly explain Trump’s non-stop erratic behavior and his irrational obsession with Megyn Kelly. If Trump was poor, he’d be Megyn Kelly’s Jared Loughner.
