(1)Turn a blind eye when the bad guys enter the country.
(2)Add informers/agents to teach them how to make really big bombs and provide them with local suppliers.
(3)Nasty terror attack follows and suicide bomber leaves no trail.
(4)Increase budget of Homeland Security.
(5)Rinse and repeat.
The equivalent of over 12 enemy divisions are welcomed by the Bamster and his rats every year.
