No, not all. Since the 60s, Scotland has certainly been left/centre-left in urban areas, more conservative in rural.
Hard to say, but I think the SNP and pro-EU group will be surprised: I can see 50-60% leave vote up here. A lot of folk might be of the left or centre left, but distrust the EU and have grave fears for the UK and Scotland due to the refugee crisis.
