As usual, Trump is right.

The Cruz people may think that the Romney endorsement is the greatest thing for their candidate but it will help Trump.

I'm not that keen on Trump, but as usual what he says is right on the money.

Romney’s endorsement is a kiss of death for Cruz.

Not among many Republicans who voted for him in 2012.

I agree.......ever hear about Mittens,The Marriott Hotels & Porn Deal? look it up......

I always had a feeling Mittens was about self-edification even before Cruz took Idaho & of course, Idaho would vote Cruz’s way......

As a side note to Romney’s support for Cruz, please consider the following.

Noting allegations of Democratic ballot box fraud on the night of the election when Obama beat Romney, I have always been suspicious of Romney conceding the election so quickly instead of challenging the allegations.

After all, Bush 43 and Al Gore took ballot box issues in Florida to the Supreme Court.

It’s almost as if Romney was following a Washington cartel script to concede the race to Obama. I also question if McCain was a Washington cartel setup.

That is correct.
“Mixed Up Man”
I can’t think of anything more concise and so damning.
It questions Mitt’s integrity against his carefully crafted image.
That family has been trying to get access to Federal government for decades. The old man, the mother who ran and lost for US Senate, Mitt’s endless attempt to grab the Presidency, what, three times now? Possibly four if he tries to steal this one?

Lots of Mormons in Arizona and (of course) Utah so might help Cruz who goes after the religious vote. Mormons used to be super conservative say 30 years ago but today they favor wussy Republicanism like Huntsman, Romney, Orin Hatch... The Mormons have gone soft like most American institutions.

I’m a republican who voted for Romney in 2012 - what other choice was there?? Trump is my first choice this time, although I will vote for whoever is the nominee.

“It’s almost as if Romney was following a Washington cartel script to concede the race to Obama. I also question if McCain was a Washington cartel setup.”

Though I have no proof I have always felt that Romney and McCain lost on purpose.

Sarah Palin brought McCain back from far behind to the lead. As soon as McCain was ahead, the campaign immediately sabotaged both Sarah and the campaign itself.

The Republicans should have won in 2012. They had won huge victories in 2010 and Obama was extremely unpopular. Romney seemed to sabotage his own campaign. He seemed like he was trying to lose in the last month and in the final debate.

There was voter fraud. In some Democrat cities the turnout was well over 100% o registered voters and the vote was over 90% for Obama.

Romney conceded extremely early and seemed to have been glad to lose.

“Romney’s endorsement is a kiss of death for Cruz.

I strongly disagree. I voted for Romney in 2012 because I felt he was not as bad as Obama. That is why Romney got what votes he did.

I remember discussing the upcoming election in 2012. Some people hated Romney, others hated Obama. Very few liked either candidate.

I also question if McCain was a Washington cartel setup.

Sure he was. I’d see McCain ads coming on TV which showed a smiling 0bama on them, if someone wasn’t paying attention you’d think it was an 0bama ad. McCain didn’t even put up token resistance, going so far as to suspend his campaign and run back to DC to sit and do nothing. He even stopped Palin from campaigning during that time. He then sat back and let his staff stab his running mate in the back over and over again without uttering a word. When the NC republican party ran an ad featuring 0bama and Rev Wright saying “god damn America,” McCain made them take the ad down. At one event when a woman expressed her nervousness about 0bama getting elected, McCain assured her that 0bama was a great man, and she had nothing to fear.

McCain was the gop’s sacrificial lamb. The gop didn’t want to be seen as the party that denied the US of having the great honor of having its first black president.

Romney is a rotten cynical SOB. He’s not endorsing Cruz at all. He’s just trying to keep Trump from getting 1237 delegates. My only question is will the GOP try to deny Trump the nomination if he gets 1237 or more.
