Lefties consider violent crime to be a legitimate career path, and armed victims to be an OSHA violation.

Are these people subject to citizen arrest? Seems like harassment at best.

They tried this crap when I lived in California years ago.

City ordinances at that time were struck down by the courts who said only the state government could make such laws, not cities, municipalities or county governments.

Don’t know if the same situation would apply to the People’s Republic of Massachusetts.

I notice that there is no exemption for law enforcement. It says “ANYONE” so if a police officer carries their weapon into a building owned by the City, or walks on the sidewalk, or if the police department has any AR-15’s with large capacity magazines, then the individual police office would have to be fined and the city would have to fine itself because it owns all the weapons.

Longmeadow Massachusetts will be voting at town meeting on May 10th and could vote in some drastic anti-Second Amendment measures.

Wasting their time.

Expect more of this as a chance of eliminating rights through the US Supreme Ct becomes a possibility. These people believe they transformed the US into a socialist state over the past decades and enjoy seeing how far they can go with the next infringements. They believe they need to formalize the removal of the remainder of our rights and are confident they will control everything in time.

The British redcoats can have MA back. The people there no longer value what their forebears bought with blood.

I know that most of the rules apply to the entire state. Except Boston. They have more stringent rules.

Actually, Longmeadow is one of the most conservative towns in this part of the state. This is clearly a soccer mom proposal.

It’s about 99% white. I laughed at my kids when they could name ALL of the black kids in the high school. I had more black kids in my gym class than they had in heir school.
