FYI's: The parts in boxes definitely apply to Trump protesters. I think the other two sections could be argued in a way that they are "government functions" because the Secret Service are government employees performing their duties. I also think Soros and MoveOnOrg and Student Organizers are guilty of conspiracy to violate this statute.

Wow, the Secret Service looked extremely slow to respond. Anyone other than that hippy who had intent could have done serious bodily harm to Reagan. Amazing! He smashes the award, slow walks right up to Reagan, stands should-to-shoulder with Reagan and is finally taken down. Wow. I don’t think I had seen that before.

Lynch and the US Attorney in charge will conveniently “lose” this case.

He is the son of a prominent democrat and has some important connection with BlackLivesMatter. He is not a "made" man in the mafia sense, but he definitely has benefactors and mentors within the dem/com hierarchy. Think of Obama's early years. We wll hear about him again.

I assume you are being sarcastic.

I never use the /s tag. It ruins it for me. I prefer to engage in unprotected sarcasm.

He said on CNN that Trump “threatens islam”.

That makes him an islamist facilitator, AFAIC.

“It’s clear that Thomas is simply a college student who, in his mind, was simply engaging in a form of political speech and making a statement, in his own mind.

No, what is clear that he is a little fascist that thinks in his small underdeveloped mind that he is special and above societies little rules.

Attempt to threaten to physically attack a top presidential candidate in the morning and get bailed out by the afternoon.

Looking sharp America.

“...simply a college student who, in his mind, was engaging in making a statement...”

Two comment:
1. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse
2. It’s obvious his education isn’t teaching him anything useful. Suggest he not waste his parents money on tuition and enroll in trade school instead.

He has deleted some inflammatory tweets, his Youtube account and other communications, however, the internet is forever. I think they will have plenty if they just search twitter.

I don’t think Trump wants to gig this man-child yute too deep but he does want to be able to meet with his supporters, in the hall he’s renting, without having to put up with anymore of this childish `60s “Look at me!” nonsense.
Just about every state has “disorderly conduct” and similar charges, so the cops will be ready. And outside with pepper spray.
As Trump pointed out in KC, if they want those charges following them around on their record for the rest of their lives, once they decide to grow up, it’s their choice. He’s not putting up with it any longer.

“Trump’s a-comin’ and he’s bringin’ h-e-double hockey sticks with him!” (In my best Hitlery droppin’ my `g’s fake accent)
Exciting ain’t it? And it’s sure good to see someone fighting back ... for a change.

Go Trump, win win win!

So under that weak, twisted rationale someone can leap over the fence at a baseball game and charge at the umpire over a disagreed call. Its just the free speech expression of a concerned fan.

Protesters are not allowed in the venue....period.

Their right to protest ends at the door. Usually, there is an area provided for protesters.

Look at the cr** Hillary pulled during some parade...where people were roped off.

DiMassimo is an ISIS sympathizer and supporter and should be shipped off to Gitmo for some “special” interrogative techniques.
