There are many spots like that everywhere. Pretty much anywhere you’d want to park for rest or privacy. I used to do delivery work and would often park my vehicle in places to chill out for a while, eat, rest, etc. Parks, rest areas, even big church parking lots. So often some guy would pull up and park his car right next to mine even though the whole lot was empty. Took me awhile to figure out what was up haha
