I don’t know where in the SW you live that one ethnic group is that snobby to another-I live in BFE, and out here we don’t care what race or ethnicity the neighbors are-if they are vile, they are disliked, period-otherwise, they are just fine.
Are you referring to legal immigrants of Hispanic ancestry or native born Americans of Hispanic ancestry? I’m one of the latter, and I most certainly am not prejudiced or racist-that would never, ever be tolerated in my family-never has been.
I’m going to vote for the GOP nominee-that nominee is going to be a “white man” no matter who it is-since I was raised to be blind to color and ethnicity, “my own” people are my fellow Americans-all of them.
