The first four rows or so should be volunteers willing to stand with their backs to the stage. They don't need to be big and mean looking or even all male. They just need to be vigilant.

It’s a smaller venue so they should be able to weed the flakes out at the door. Security should be authorized to challenge anyone that sets off their radar.
Since Trump is paying, he decides who gets in. KC isn’t Chiraq. Police presence should be heavy and they should arrest and charge any lawbreakers.
If you have ever been there for a movie, or a live show, you would appreciate the acoustics and the layout.
