I can’t describe it exactly, but it’s a kind of whiny voice with a sound that sounds like their sinuses are always dripping. Wish I could remember who played in that SNL skit, I’m pretty sure it was Jane Curtin and someone.

Sanders will lose the general, so he will be given a payoff to go retire to a commune in Vermont, and Hillary will have to fake a medical episode to make her quit the race—that will be the choice given to her.
She has to be indicted, and have a trial—there cannot be one set of rule for the Clintons and one for the rest of us.

Sounds good to me-it’s been ages since I saw it, and I was a kid then, and wasn’t supposed to be watching it in the first place, so I had to sneak up and keep the volume low to watch it. It somehow left an impression, I suppose because the voices were so annoying.
