Indeed. But I still do not think having a third party select one's life partner cures that problem.

Yep. It seems the norm nowadays.

I have a young daughter and another on the way. My overarching policy is to make all decisions until she is able to make her own decisions and come to the same conclusion as me- the correct one. I'm not raising a free spirit named Sunflower. I want her to possess my values.
