All, fine and dandy, except this ‘point’. Nobody ‘paid’; we’re all TAXED. IE: The $$ is stolen, no longer ‘yours’ and LONG gone.
True, though, the funds you COULD have IF you had been allowed to keep what is rightfully yours. 100yrs.+ too late though, the indoctrination has infested the minds even of those here.

Wait. People are expecting the same people that CREATED the IRS, illegally started SS/MediXYZ/welfare, exempt themselves from a myriad of Laws (if not EVERY), fail to prosecute those which Laws they are NOT exempt and ....To police, pull-back and/or dismantle that which they can use for their own benefit??
Year after YEAR they hold the ‘town cryer’ abuses w/ a ‘promise’ to fix that which is not broken, but BEGUN that way (IE: It’s working as designed).
Hell, there’s FR posters whom think the IRS, Fed. Reserve and 16th are just dandy; just don’t point out that ‘fair share’ doesn’t cover EVERYONE (though they use services as much, if not more, than others), the reversal of presumption of innocence, no Amendment was passed to allow Congress to pass their powers to others and/or the violations of the 4th, 5th and 13th.

True. An oligarchy of (mostly) lawyers...whom cannot seem, somehow, to read/comprehend, let alone adhere/follow, the plain English of the Constitution (which, IMO, would put them out of a job [career]). Be they 535 or their black robed tyrant brethren, it matters not.
It means I just sent a check of all my leftover and saved money to the government for all the needy women and children!
And now, I’m broke.
Why the criminal pansies that rule and ruin our lives call the money we’re mugged for ‘taxpayer money’ escapes me.
They piss away this Monopoly money like it’s really worth something.
Maybe she should be scared.
We won’t get rid of the IRS until we burn DC to the ground and all our misreps are recalled to the states, jailed, or killed. Plus we’d get rid of a lot of other problems by doing that also. Um, just sayin’.
