Of course he did! Jerry Brown doesn’t want to offend Latinos who are now a plurality of California’s population. He’s a sellout to the far left.
Moonbeam has benefited from Illegals voting for him and his open border buddy thugs from being governor his first term, as mayor of Oakland, and again as governor.
Thanks to Moonbeam and his love of illegals, a least one innocent Californian or more are killed by drunk driving illegals each week.
Other just kill innocents in violent crimes.
No way will Moonbeam approve of a wall. He and his open border backer thugs need illegals pouring into California.

Those who make money from illegals at all levels from teachers, principals and other school officials, needed due to millions of illegals going to school.
Those renting out their garages to 4 or 6 illegals at hundreds of $’s per month for each illegal.
Those hiring illegals to sell their products to illegals.
Those using illegals to make products for illegals to sell to illegals.
Lawyers representing the illegals for drunk driving, robbery, assualt and murder.
Welfare nannies giving our tax $’s to illegals.
The above is just a start on who does not want a wall to keep illegals out of California/America.

Jerry Brown has ordered the release of over 40,000 criminals. They have of course committed more crimes including murder. He is a democrat. Democrats do not care if you live or die. He wants more criminals to come across the border.
