Marco’s situation is spot on to the USSC decision in Wong.
Birth to legally residing Aliens makes you a Jus Solis citizen. Marco isn’t an anchor baby, a misguided opinion that birth in the US to illegal alien parents makes you a US citizen.
While Marco is a citizen per the 14th Amendment he is NOT a NBC.
Cruz on the other hand is a triple citizen, being born to An American mother and a Cuban father in Canada. Likewise he is ineligible to be POTUS......
What’s with these people? Do they think that Obama opened the door for them?
Shame on any who think either Cruz or Marco are eligible. They are NOT Conservatives!
