In 2000, I was residing in Europe (UK, Swiss, Netherlands). From outside it was very clear. Election result and Bush-Gore circus for vote count was beginning of US down slide. Finance moved to London and Germany. Domino started at that moment.
It was very damaging for investment and security. And then 9/11 happened. US never recovered.
These idiots think that open convention can serve country better. These idiots are more worried about their own investment in China and Mexico.
