As if by magic the Trump candidacy has revealed people as they are with their wrinkles, bald spots and blemishes. Not a pretty picture.

Excellent! That describes what’s happening very well.

I haven’t been the most staunch supporter of Trump, though I’ve said (repeatedly, for those who keep trying to ignore that little detail and pretend that I’m anti-Trump) that I would vote for him or Cruz, whichever was left standing (but never Rubio). But the more the GOPe and its media shills are blatantly showing their arrogance-how dare we voters potentially vote to make someone our candidate who isn’t one of their bought-and-paid-for approved members of their club-the more I’m inclined to wholeheartedly support him. I know that’s merely reactionary, but it is pizzing me off immensely that they have the gall to not only try to interfere with the choice of the voters, but to be so entitled, so brazen in their arrogance and belief in their divine right to rule us and ignore the fact that we live in a democratic republic, that they will openly state their intention to derail a democratic vote because we had the gall to choose for ourselves.

I’ve never seen anything like it, they’re not even hiding their entitlement anymore and interference in the democratic process anymore. There must be something illegal about this, it’s at least patently unethical, just as their shenanigans in Mississippi were, and their threats to “go Mississippi” on Trump (the voters’ choice) to prevent him from winning the nomination.

If that makes me reactionary, I’m reacting against the GOPe’s self-granted divine right to ignore and disregard the voters and our votes, the only means we have of expressing our desires and disgust with the way the country is headed now. They’ve lied to get those votes and then ignored their own lies to us to do what they wanted (give Hussein everything he wants and asks for, and more), now that we know not to believe them anymore and are going outside their club for a candidate, they are completely taking the gloves off and showing they have no more regard for our Constitutional rights than any leftist did.

Sorry you are an idiot. The panel members on the show have been acknowledging the success of Donald Trump in the primary elections. If you have not been watching the show keep your opinions to your self or look like a fool.

I was always counseled to not put pen to paper in anger.

Generally good advice, but if always followed would take a lot of the spice out of FR.

It's too bad too because I've always enjoyed the thoughtful commentary of these folks, but they've morphed into humorless toddlers and it is pretty ugly to witness.

These "pundits" who despise Trump have to know why Trump is so popular which has little to do with Trump and everything to do with people they used to cover.

In days of yore when Will was worthy of a listen and/or a read he said DC can't rule for long against the collective will of the American people. Will must no longer feel that way.

The Republican Party faces the same boundary with half of the American people. You can only groin-kick your friends so many times before your friends finally go their own way.

Why don't Will and Goldberg and Krauthammer etal understand the Trump phenomenon has a foundation, or maybe they do and fear it.

It seems like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and even the soporific Hugh Hewitt do understand it, although Hugh pretends it doesn't exist so when he interviews a Republican.

Ann Coulter understands it. I just hope she is right about Trump.

“If that makes me reactionary...”

Please don’t sell yourself short. You are not a reactionary.

You have taken the facts and come to a well thought out, rational conclusion.

Big difference

...The anger felt and demonstrated by people like Krauthammer, George Will, Jonah Goldberg, Steve Hayes, etc. is pretty ugly and unrestrained.

Fully agree. A few weeks back on FR I wrote a protest letter to Mr. Sowell about an outrageous article he wrote associating Trump to Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin and the Jonestown massacre leader.

Proud to say it has been years since I watched Faux News. They are all dirt bags not worth listening to. I am more conservative than all of them and I have done more for conservatism than any of the people at Faux News or those they bring on.

It is incredibly revealing to see how nasty, mean and hard the GOP will fight against Trump.

One has to ask, where was this level of determined resistance against Obama, the dems and their legislative and cultural “transformation of “America.”

The GOP simply stood back and allowed every nature of insult and assault to be levied against the Constitution and the American people, without any meaningful resistance.

The GOP is more then willing to be involved in a very ugly, embarrassing and public feces flinging food fight, over it's own sovereignty and control of it's own borders, but acquiescent to the literal dismantling of our nation.

BIG POLITICAL PARTY, like BIG ANYTHING, exists solely for it's own perpetuation while feigning to represent the interests of the “outsiders.”

Trum ain’t no Archie Bunker but he’s a lot closer than anything we’ve had. Hope he keeps talking. Maybe the remaining bozos will grow some and make it a real race.

Not true. I quit FNC for their bias against Cruz, show by show starting in April. There are many millions of us who do not and will not support Trump, ordinary people. Highest he has won is 35% in any state and that was with cross over votes by dems wanting him to run against in November.

I don’t like propaganda outlets. Fox News Channel is a propaganda outlet. Thus, I despise Fox News Channel.

Murdoch gave control of FoxNews to his two liberal sons last summer. And Murdoch is a big open borders guy.

I don't remember which one of the GOPe said it, I want to say McConnell or Haley Barbour-I googled but can't find it-but I distinctly remember one of the GOPe big shots during the last national congressional primaries, saying of disaffected conservative voters “Where else are they going to go?” He said it openly and publicly.

Now that we have elsewhere to go, they are trying to throw a monkey wrench into the workings of democracy and disenfranchise the voters.
