I unfortunately ended up in the hospital twice in Dec. I went to a highly regarded suburban DC hospital. The internal hospital transport system lost/forgot about me in the bowels of the hospital after a test. I had to jump off a gurney and try to find my way to my room wearing nothing but those skimpy robes. My care during the next visit was so bad I signed myself out of the hospital AMA (Against Medical Advise). They kept testing me for conditions I don’t have. How many times do you have to tell people you are not diabetic before they stop testing you for it. I have a serious heart condition and I can tell you first hand hospitals today are completely different then they were 10 years ago when I had my first cardiac surgery. Stay healthy everyone because hospitals are very very scary these days.
I used to stay at a B&B in Guadalajara while there on business. Lots of Canadians stayed there while getting plastic surgery at a nearby hospital. I would see the at breakfast with their faces all bandaged up. They said it was 25% of the cost of having it done in Canada. Guess they went home happy.

Have you ever been to Tijuana? Used to be a good place to get a tuck and roll job for your hot rod, but now you have to dodge the dead animals in the gutters when you park. It’s incredible that such a $hit hole could exist a dozen miles from San Diego!
