Customs and Border Protection Commission R. Gil Kerlikowske told Border Patrol agents who object to President Obama’s amnesty policies that it’s time to “look for another job,” saying Tuesday that agents have to follow the orders of their superiors.
Mr. Kerlikowske was objecting to testimony last month from the Border Patrol labor union chief, who said under Mr. Obama agents have been told to restore the discredited “catch-and-release” policy from a decade ago.
The commissioner disputed that, saying every illegal immigrant over the age of 14 who is encountered by agents is supposed to be fingerprinted, interviewed and put through the usual process, including being turned over to Immigration and Customs enforcement for decisions on deportation.
“We don’t need and don’t want — and I would not stand by if the Border Patrol was — releasing people without going through all of the formalities,” Mr. Kerlikowske testified to the House Appropriations Committee.

So 0bama ignores our laws, orders sworn law enforcement to ignore them and tells his toadies to inform officers who do enforce the law to find another job.

I wonder if this Bozo realizes the error in his logic. To accept executive amnesty means that illegal border crossing now holds no consequence, implying that borders no longer hold meaning. His job, as border chief then is anathema. He should resign immediately.

They will hire the same illegal aliens they’ve let through the cracks. Illegals doing the jobs Americans won’t do.
What makes you think that government agencies want to do anything but collect a paycheck and hire PR firms to promote their life long vacations? I would argue that this guy is speaking what other government employees embrace every day.

not if the orders are contrary to the standing law and the obozo is not the law. The agents should refuse to take illegal orders and if they are fired, they should sue the hell out the supervisor and the agency. I hope the agents finally stand up for our country and honor their oaths of office and call this criminal administration's bluff.

The word came down that they weren’t supposed to even apprehend illegals when they found them. That way they wouldn’t have a record on how they processed them for Congress and the people to check.
I would double my apprehensions and tell them there are places the sun don’t shine.
