I'm going to double down on Doughty One's challenge with a twenty. However, I've tried three times to fill in the payment form and I keep getting rejected. "Non-USA" stays in the address section and I can't get rid of it....and it nullifies the whole form over and over. I finally gave up.

Any suggestions?

Yes you can reload it at Walmart. Since I only make internet purchases with it there is no charge.

I think they only charge you if you make ATM withdrawals.
