Maybe Rubio will do well in 57 states.
He has yet to win a single primary.
Coming in second isn’t going to get the job done.
And GOP establishment endorsements haven’t appeared to sway voters over to his side.

Actually, GOPe will be stronger than ever if Trump's the nominee because he's going to get killed by Hillary.
Unfortunately, actual conservatives (which Trump isn't) are going to get the blame and pay the price for it.

This is something that hasn’t received much attention, how well, or poorly, Cruz or Rubio might do against Trump in northern states. The “southern firewall” fantasy for Cruz isn’t going too well for Ted and the north will probably be even worse.

They elected Romney. Makes sense. At least they didn't elect Obama, like you did, by not voting for Romney.

I have to mention this to you. I was watching Fox News earlier today. They had a split screen going, with the talking head interviewing a South Carolina State Congresswoman discussing the Dem. primary and the other half of the screen waiting for Trump’s plane to land in Arkansas.
Even over the interview, I could hear music playing at the Trump location. They were playing the Rolling Stones..”You Can’t Always Get what you Want...but you get what you need”. For me, that was epic. We need to win this one.

Trump gets a third of very conservative, like half of somewhat conservative and a majority of moderate voters.
He cleans up in all demographics except the yute vote.

And if he’s the nominee, we will lose to Hillary. Write that down. Save the post. I will gladly eat crow if I’m wrong.

Go right ahead. I will not vote for Trump under any circumstance. I will not vote for a Planned Parenthood supporter. I will vote for the Constitutional Party candidate if Trump’s the nominee.

These are states that no Republican candidate ca carry in the g.e. though, so does it really matter how well Trump does up here? I was more impressed with his S.C. blowout.

Not surprising. Trump’s the kind of liberal democrat the Massachusetts voters like.
