No, he did not endorse Rubio. He was asked who would be a better president, and he asserted both him AND Rubio would be better than Trump. That is NOT an endorsement.

Aside from that, your statement, makes no sense, so I have no idea what you are asking. The video shows Cruz saying the same things he’s been saying. Cruz has been consistent. He has NEVER been for amnesty. He has NEVER been for legalizing illegals. He has ALWAYS been for enforcing our laws, stronger border security and LEGAL immigration.
