You shoulda heard the local news reports on this guy last night. Skirting the fact this guy is black and avoiding the giant black elephant in the room as they SO, SO longed for a plausible explanation of why a madman has killed folks.
Really embarrassing, even for Kansas. Journalist hacks are journalist hacks. Even in fly-over country.
My first responce was (living much more rural than Heston/Wichita, and assuming is was probly a white guy, cause their aint many ‘other than white guys’ out here,) that
‘maybe the right folks got shot.’

.223/5.56 and 5.45 X 39 AK mags look almost the same. That looks like one of those aftermarket 50 round mags, which do look strange compared to to the 30 round mags.

I have a big collection of “hippie” era music, and love it all (including the song above)...but I hate hippies, libs, leftists.
Alas, it’s too late in life to try to solve that conundrum.
I stand corrected - strange that the AK-74 mags would be less curved, the 5.45 uses the same bolt face diameter as the 7.62x39. Both cartridge cases are similarly tapered.
I am searching for the photo of a young lady shooting a rifle with the caption: “teach your daughters to shoot because a restraining order is just a piece of paper.”

I’m with you.....love a lot of the music, but outgrew the immaturity of the ‘movement’.
