Wednesday on ABC's "Good Morning America," Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump told co-host George Stephanopoulos some of his first-day priorities should be elected president of the United States.
Trump, coming off a win a night earlier in the Nevada Republican Caucus, said rolling back President Barack Obama executive orders, including one dealing with the border and immigration, repealing ObamaCare and taking care of the veterans would be his priorities.
"Well, the first thing I'd do is knock out some of the executive orders signed by our president," Trump said. "Especially the one on the border where people are allowed to come in and just pour into our country like Swiss cheese. I'm going to work out immediately to knock out ObamaCare and start taking care of our vets and military ... our vets have been absolutely treated horribly and we're going to take care of our vets. That's been a very, very big part of my campaign, the vets."
Stephanopoulos pressed Trump on specifics, to which Trump offered some of his ideas on health care.
"Well, I've been specific in terms of the wall," he said. "I've been very specific in terms of ObamaCare, what I'm doing is very specific, whether we use health care savings accounts and that could happen because a lot of people are liking it a lot. ObamaCare is falling out under its own weight. It's going to be dead by 2017. People are not signing up for it. It's a disaster. The rates and premiums going up by 45, 55, 65 percent. And we're going to have great health care. We're going to make it a fraction of the cost and I'm very specific on it, George. I'm a very specific person, believe me."

On some of those he’ll obviously have to start working on them on day one. Obamacare isn’t something he can kill with the wave of his hand, but he can get the ball rolling.

We’re all going to have great health care? Hasn’t that promise been done to death already? It’s statements like these from Trump that worry me.
A good pledge that he stole from Cruz.
The problem is that unlike Cruz, Trump told NBC that he'd still govern by Executive Order -- "I'll do good ones."
He likely would -- but that's not the point. The point is that "pen and phone" government is unacceptable, unconstitutional, and tyrannical, no matter who's doing it and no matter the content of the executive orders.
Trump has never understood that.

Its a start. 0bama has done a lot more damage than just those three policy objectives.
Just eliminating Obama’s EOs nearly erases his entire presidency.
Trump’s success for this country would schlong Obama’s already horrible legacy.

He can make a new EO that exempts all 50 states from Obamacare. That’s what Romney said he was going to do if he won. I think that would still work to kill it until it can be struck from the lawbooks by congress.

I think you can. Just take out the word "mandate" in all of its forms, throughout the entire bill. Then, remove the restrictions so that health insurance can be sold across state lines. Really push health savings accts, especially to young people.
Unfortuantely, he has already said he "likes" a single-payer system; which would be a disaster.
Donald --- the market can work in health care just like everything else. Market forces and competition.
Trump must do what previous Vichy Republicanso have been too stupid or too afraid to do: purge government bureaucracies of the aparatchiks and mandarins who, unelected and unaccountable, have ruined and oppressed peoples lives
He could also instruct the IRS to not enforce the mandate.
Just check the hardship box.

One of his priorities should be to make George Stephanopoulos sit in the far back of the room of any press conferences if he even gets invited at all.
